Our General Policies

Missed/Canceled Appointments

Appointments are reserved exclusively for each client and require significant time and resources. To ensure fairness, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in full payment for the missed appointment. No-show or no-call appointments will require a pre-payment deposit for future bookings. Additionally, if you arrive late, we may need to reschedule, and if the service cannot be performed due to excessive lateness, it will be treated as a no-show and subject to the same policy.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results vary from person to person, and while we strive to achieve the desired outcome, results cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments necessary to reach their desired results.

Retail

We offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on retail products purchased within 14 days. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same item. Please note that there are no refunds on gift certificate purchases.
